By accessing or using the jj55 website, mobile platform, or any related service (collectively, "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the jj55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and jj55.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jj55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and address at any time, and to suspend or terminate accounts pending satisfactory verification.

jj55 maintains the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jj55 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances.

You agree to notify jj55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jj55 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all wagers placed and all transactions executed. jj55 will treat any action taken from your account as having been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance of that action.

You agree not to allow any person under the age of 21 to access or use your jj55 account. If you share a device with other household members, you are responsible for ensuring your account remains inaccessible to any ineligible person.

jj55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

jj55 implements anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to monitoring. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

jj55 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

jj55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a Player and in progress will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance. jj55 also reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has exploited a promotion in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

All games and betting activities available on the jj55 Platform are subject to specific rules applicable to each game type, which are published within the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

jj55 operates under a licensed platform where all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games, and by physical outcomes for live dealer games. Game results are final and binding once a round is completed, except in cases of verified technical error.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server outage, or game error that affects the integrity of a game round, jj55 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return all wagers to the relevant Players' accounts. jj55 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Wagers may not be cancelled or amended by the Player once they have been confirmed by the Platform. Confirmed wagers will be settled according to the applicable game rules and the results verified by the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj55 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, reversals, or disputed transactions in bad faith.
• Accessing another Player's account without their authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the jj55 Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that jj55 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Players or Platform staff.

jj55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, and to retain any funds held in such accounts that are determined to represent the proceeds of prohibited conduct, pending investigation and applicable legal or regulatory referral.

All content on the jj55 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of jj55 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jj55 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of jj55.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj55 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jj55 Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jj55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. jj55's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jj55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

jj55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, session time controls, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own access to the jj55 Platform may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, jj55 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their account during the exclusion period.

If jj55 reasonably suspects that a registered account is being accessed by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21, the account will be suspended pending investigation, and any funds held may be retained in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

jj55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• Request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, jj55 may forfeit any pending withdrawals and promotional balances. Legitimate real-money deposits that are not associated with any violation will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable legal holds and verification requirements.

You may close your jj55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any legitimate balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The jj55 Platform operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of adjudicating any such dispute.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice of the dispute to the other party. The parties shall have thirty (30) days following such notice to attempt resolution before formal proceedings may be commenced.

jj55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jj55 will notify registered Players by the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarification of existing provisions) may be made at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the jj55 Platform and may request closure of your account before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
