jj55 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every individual who interacts with our platform. For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Privacy Policy, jj55 acts as the data controller in respect of all personal data collected from Players and visitors through the jj55 Platform. As data controller, jj55 determines the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed.

• Account data and KYC records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Transaction and gaming records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AMLC reporting obligations.
• Customer support records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the support interaction.
• Marketing preference data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the account is closed, whichever occurs first.
• Technical and device data (including IP logs) is retained for twelve (12) months for security and fraud prevention purposes.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with jj55's data destruction procedures. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes, as it no longer constitutes personal data.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by jj55. You may exercise these rights by contacting jj55 through the channels described in Section 14.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the jj55 Data Privacy Officer as described in Section 14. jj55 may request proof of your identity before processing a data rights request to protect your data from unauthorized disclosure or modification. If you are not satisfied with jj55's response to a data rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

The jj55 Platform is strictly intended for use by persons aged twenty-one (21) years and older in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. jj55 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

jj55 employs identity verification procedures during account registration and prior to first withdrawal specifically to enforce the 21+ age requirement. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, access will be blocked, and any funds held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and the jj55 Terms & Conditions.

If a parent, guardian, or third party believes that a person under the age of 21 has created or is using a jj55 account, they should contact jj55 immediately via the support channels in Section 14. jj55 will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion of any personal data collected from an underage individual, subject to applicable retention obligations.

The jj55 Platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services — including payment processing platforms, game studios, and identity verification services. While jj55 takes care in selecting its third-party partners, we do not control the privacy practices of independent third-party controllers.

When you interact with a third-party service accessed through the jj55 Platform — for example, when completing a GCash or PayMaya transaction — that service's own privacy policy governs the personal data collected by that provider. jj55 recommends that you review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your jj55 account.

jj55 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or data handling of any third-party website, service, or application. Any personal data you provide directly to a third party is subject to that party's own privacy terms, not this Privacy Policy.
